These terms govern your use of the platform operated by Global Lawyers House. A professional-client relationship is created only through a separate engagement confirmed by the responsible authorised professional.

Your account
You must provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Article 3
Platform and professional roles
The platform provides international intake, technology, triage and professional-routing services. It is not a single law firm or chambers. Legal advice, reserved work and professional judgments are provided only by the separately engaged professional who is authorised in the relevant jurisdiction.
Article 4
AI-assisted intake
AI may help organise your information, identify missing details and prepare summaries. It is assistive only, can make mistakes, does not replace legal advice and does not make final legal or professional decisions. You should review AI-generated information before relying on it or sending it to a professional.
Article 5
Fees and payments
Platform fees are separate from professional fees. The amount, scope and cancellation terms for professional work are set out in the professional's separate engagement letter. Payments are processed by payment providers; Global Lawyers House does not hold client money.
Article 6
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms or a professional's engagement terms removes mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable, consumers have a 14-day cancellation right, subject to the rules for services requested to begin during that period, as explained in the Refunds & cancellations notice.
Article 7
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Otherwise, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Article 8
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
