You must provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Article 3
Nature of the platform
The platform provides intake, triage and coordination services. Regulated activities are delivered only through authorised professionals.
Article 4
Payments
Payments for consultations and initial reviews are processed by regulated payment providers. Royal Law does not hold client money.
Article 5
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Otherwise, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Article 6
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
