  • Question 01

Is Royal Law a law firm?

Royal Law is a trade name of Hamilton & Nassouri R Lawyers LTD and operates as a legal intake and coordination platform. Regulated legal services are delivered only through professionals authorised by the relevant UK regulator (SRA, IAA or BSB), or by suitably qualified international counsel.

  • Question 02

How do I open a matter?

Create an account, select the country and service that best fits your enquiry, complete the AI-guided intake, and — where applicable — pay for an initial review and book a consultation. You will receive a matter reference number and can track progress in your client dashboard.

  • Question 03

How is UK immigration advice handled?

UK immigration is a regulated activity. Enquiries are routed to an adviser authorised by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) or otherwise exempt under UK law. Royal Law does not itself provide unregulated immigration advice.

  • Question 04

    How are barristers instructed?

Barristers are instructed under the Bar Standards Board Public Access or Licensed Access schemes. Payment for an initial review does not constitute acceptance of instructions; the barrister must confirm in writing before formal instruction begins.

  • Question 05

Does Royal Law hold client money?

No. Royal Law does not operate a client account or escrow. Payments are processed by regulated payment providers and settled directly.

  • Question 06

    How is my information protected?

All correspondence, documents and consultations are handled through an encrypted portal with role-based access, audit logging and secure document storage. Data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and ICO guidance.
