  • Question 01

Is Global Lawyers House only for UK matters or UK immigration?

No. Global Lawyers House is an international legal intake and coordination platform. Clients may submit legal matters concerning jurisdictions worldwide across a broad range of practice areas. UK law and UK immigration are specific service areas within the wider platform.

  • Question 02

Can clients register from outside the United Kingdom?

Yes. A client may create an account from any country. The client's country of residence and the jurisdiction relevant to the legal matter are recorded separately.

  • Question 03

Can lawyers and legal professionals outside the United Kingdom join?

Qualified legal professionals from jurisdictions worldwide may apply. Application is subject to verification and does not guarantee activation or referrals. Professionals may only act within the scope of their qualification, practising rights, regulatory status and applicable local law.

  • Question 04

Does submitting a matter guarantee legal representation?

No. Matters remain subject to conflict checks, jurisdiction and regulatory requirements, professional availability, suitability and formal acceptance of instructions.

  • Question 05

Is Global Lawyers House a law firm?

Global Lawyers House is a trading style of GLOBAL LAWYERS HOUSE LTD and operates as an international legal intake and coordination platform. Regulated legal services are delivered only through professionals authorised in the relevant jurisdiction — for United Kingdom matters this means an SRA-, IAA- or BSB-authorised route, and elsewhere the equivalent local authorisation.

  • Question 06

How do I open a matter?

Create an account, select the country and service that best fits your enquiry, complete the AI-guided intake, and — where applicable — pay for an initial review and book a consultation. You will receive a matter reference number and can track progress in your client dashboard.

  • Question 07

How is UK immigration advice handled?

UK immigration is a regulated activity. Enquiries are routed to an adviser authorised by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) or otherwise exempt under UK law. Global Lawyers House does not itself provide unregulated immigration advice.

  • Question 08

    How are barristers instructed?

Barristers are instructed under the Bar Standards Board Public Access or Licensed Access schemes. Payment for an initial review does not constitute acceptance of instructions; the barrister must confirm in writing before formal instruction begins.

  • Question 09

Does Global Lawyers House hold client money?

No. Global Lawyers House does not operate a client account or escrow. Payments are processed by regulated payment providers and settled directly.

  • Question 10

    How is my information protected?

All correspondence, documents and consultations are handled through an encrypted portal with role-based access, audit logging and secure document storage. Data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and ICO guidance.
