Who we are, how we are regulated and how services are delivered.

Article 1

Identity

Royal Law is a trade name of Hamilton & Nassouri R Lawyers LTD, a company incorporated in England & Wales with its registered office in London.

Article 2

Nature of the service

Royal Law operates a multilingual intake, triage and coordination platform. Unless expressly stated in a signed engagement letter, Royal Law is not itself a law firm and does not provide reserved legal services.

Article 3

Reserved legal services

Reserved legal services in England & Wales are delivered only by solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or by other authorised persons under the Legal Services Act 2007.

Article 4

UK immigration

UK immigration advice is a regulated activity. Enquiries are routed to advisers authorised by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) or otherwise exempt under UK law.

Article 5

Barrister instruction

Barristers are instructed under Bar Standards Board (BSB) Public Access or Licensed Access. Payment does not constitute acceptance of instructions until the barrister confirms in writing.

Article 6

Foreign lawyers

Registered Foreign Lawyers are not solicitors of England & Wales unless separately admitted; titles are used only as authorised by the SRA.

Article 7

Client money

Royal Law does not hold client money or operate an escrow account. Payments are processed by regulated payment providers.

Article 8

Data protection

Personal data is processed under UK GDPR. The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) is the supervisory authority for data-protection matters.
